Plac\u00e9e sous le th\u00e8me \u00ab L\u2019ARCEP \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9coute des consommateurs des services de communications \u00e9lectroniques et des postes \u00bb, cette campagne de proximit\u00e9 a d\u00e9marr\u00e9, le 04 ao\u00fbt dernier \u00e0 Kpalim\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Elle r\u00e9unit le r\u00e9gulateur, les op\u00e9rateurs de t\u00e9l\u00e9communications et les organisations de d\u00e9fense des consommateurs, notamment la Ligue des consommateurs du Togo (LCT), le Mouvement Martin Luther King (MMLK) et l\u2019Association togolaise des consommateurs (ATC), autour d\u2019un objectif commun.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Au-del\u00e0 de rapprocher le r\u00e9gulateur, les op\u00e9rateurs et les associations de d\u00e9fense des consommateur, cette initiative permet en effet aux usagers de mieux conna\u00eetre leurs droits, de faire entendre leurs pr\u00e9occupations et de s\u2019informer sur les m\u00e9canismes de recours disponibles en cas de dysfonctionnement ou de mauvaise qualit\u00e9 des services.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-gallery has-nested-images columns-default is-cropped wp-block-gallery-2 is-layout-flex wp-block-gallery-is-layout-flex\">\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"990\" height=\"532\" data-id=\"6357\" src=\"https:\/\/kooyanews.tg\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/08\/IMG-20260812-WA0207_copy_990x532.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-6357\" srcset=\"https:\/\/kooyanews.tg\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/08\/IMG-20260812-WA0207_copy_990x532.jpg 990w, https:\/\/kooyanews.tg\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/08\/IMG-20260812-WA0207_copy_990x532-300x161.jpg 300w, https:\/\/kooyanews.tg\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/08\/IMG-20260812-WA0207_copy_990x532-768x413.jpg 768w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 990px) 100vw, 990px\" \/><\/figure>\n<\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Selon Francis Tabati, chef contentieux de l\u2019ARCEP, l\u2019objectif est d\u2019informer les usagers sur leurs droits et les m\u00e9canismes de r\u00e9clamation, tout en favorisant le dialogue plut\u00f4t que la confrontation. Il souligne que les \u00e9changes ont \u00e9volu\u00e9 : apr\u00e8s des \u00e9ditions marqu\u00e9es par la m\u00e9fiance, une dynamique de confiance s\u2019installe progressivement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Les organisations de consommateurs, comme le Mouvement Martin Luther King, constatent une prise de conscience accrue des usagers, qui n\u2019h\u00e9sitent plus \u00e0 signaler les dysfonctionnements.
