Par d\u00e9cret pr\u00e9sidentiel n\u00b02026-107\/PC du 2 juin 2026, Justin Tchilabalo Pilante est d\u00e9sign\u00e9 Directeur g\u00e9n\u00e9ral par int\u00e9rim de la Caisse de Retraite du Togo (CRT<\/a>). Il succ\u00e8de \u00e0 Yawo Diapena Igneza \u00e0 la t\u00eate de cet organisme strat\u00e9gique charg\u00e9 des pensions et prestations de retraite des travailleurs<\/a> togolais. Le nouveau responsable a d\u00e9sormais pour mission de piloter l\u2019institution avec rigueur et vision, dans un contexte o\u00f9 la protection sociale devient un axe majeur des politiques publiques.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Assurer la continuit\u00e9 et la qualit\u00e9 des services aux retrait\u00e9s<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Premier objectif de l\u2019int\u00e9rimaire : garantir la continuit\u00e9 et l\u2019am\u00e9lioration des services rendus aux pensionn\u00e9s. Fort de son expertise reconnue dans le domaine de la protection sociale, Justin Tchilabalo Pilante devra veiller \u00e0 ce que chaque b\u00e9n\u00e9ficiaire re\u00e7oive ses droits dans des d\u00e9lais et conditions optimaux, tout en maintenant un dialogue permanent avec les parties prenantes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

G\u00e9rer les ressources avec rigueur et transparence<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

La CRT g\u00e8re des fonds essentiels \u00e0 la solidarit\u00e9 nationale. Le nouveau directeur est attendu sur une gestion financi\u00e8re exemplaire : transparence des op\u00e9rations, s\u00e9curisation des r\u00e9serves, lutte contre les risques de fraude ou de mauvaise allocation. Cette exigence r\u00e9pond \u00e0 la n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 de pr\u00e9server la confiance des cotisants et des retrait\u00e9s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Poursuivre les r\u00e9formes pour plus d\u2019efficacit\u00e9<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

L\u2019institution est d\u00e9j\u00e0 engag\u00e9e dans une dynamique de modernisation. Justin Tchilabalo Pilante a pour mission d\u2019acc\u00e9l\u00e9rer ces r\u00e9formes : digitalisation des services, optimisation des processus internes, renforcement des indicateurs de performance. L\u2019enjeu est d\u2019adapter la CRT aux d\u00e9fis d\u00e9mographiques et \u00e9conomiques, tout en consolidant son r\u00f4le de pilier de la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 sociale togolaise.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Une nomination inscrite dans la continuit\u00e9 institutionnelle<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Le d\u00e9cret, pris sur rapport du ministre de l\u2019\u00c9conomie et des Finances, Essow\u00e8 Georges Barcola, abroge la nomination ant\u00e9rieure de 2010. Le ministre est charg\u00e9 de l\u2019ex\u00e9cution de la d\u00e9cision, qui sera publi\u00e9e au Journal officiel. Par ce choix, les autorit\u00e9s r\u00e9affirment leur volont\u00e9 de stabiliser la gouvernance de la CRT et de poursuivre les efforts en faveur des retrait\u00e9s et des g\u00e9n\u00e9rations futures.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
