Dans une d\u00e9marche de reddition des comptes, la d\u00e9put\u00e9e Kafui Adjamagbo Johnson a tir\u00e9 ce samedi 31 janvier 2026 un bilan<\/a> sans concession de son ann\u00e9e 2025. Figure de proue de l\u2019opposition et secr\u00e9taire g\u00e9n\u00e9rale de la CDPA, l’\u00e9lue de la Dynamique pour la Majorit\u00e9 du Peuple (DMP)<\/a> a d\u00e9taill\u00e9 son action, tant dans l\u2019h\u00e9micycle que sur le terrain, articul\u00e9e autour d\u2019un refus frontal de la \u00ab 5e R\u00e9publique \u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

D\u2019entr\u00e9e, la d\u00e9put\u00e9e a r\u00e9affirm\u00e9 la ligne de son parti : si\u00e9ger dans une Assembl\u00e9e issue d\u2019un \u00ab processus profond\u00e9ment vici\u00e9 \u00bb pour mieux la combattre de l\u2019int\u00e9rieur. \u00ab Nous avons adopt\u00e9 une posture de refus coh\u00e9rent face aux m\u00e9canismes de l\u00e9gitimation d\u2019une constitution que nous jugeons ill\u00e9gitime, tant dans son origine que dans ses effets \u00bb, a-t-elle d\u00e9clar\u00e9, r\u00e9sumant ainsi le fil rouge de son mandat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Son action l\u00e9gislative s\u2019est construite sur trois piliers : l\u2019opposition syst\u00e9matique \u00e0 la mise en place des institutions de la 5e R\u00e9publique, un contr\u00f4le acharn\u00e9 de l\u2019action gouvernementale, et une participation critique au travail de l\u00e9gislation. Elle cite notamment le boycott des c\u00e9r\u00e9monies du 3 mai 2025 et du discours sur l\u2019\u00e9tat de la nation, ainsi qu\u2019un soutien actif aux mobilisations citoyennes pour les libert\u00e9s publiques.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

L\u2019examen du budget 2026 a \u00e9t\u00e9 l\u2019occasion de porter la voix des populations. Pour la d\u00e9put\u00e9e, ce budget, \u00ab domin\u00e9 par le service de la dette \u00bb, perp\u00e9tue le sous-financement structurel des secteurs sociaux. \u00ab Notre combat est double : \u0153uvrer avec le peuple pour l\u2019alternance, et, en attendant, forcer les autorit\u00e9s ill\u00e9gitimes \u00e0 prendre en compte les besoins des Togolais\u00bb, a-t-elle pr\u00e9cis\u00e9<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Sur le front social, l\u2019action a \u00e9t\u00e9 tout aussi vigoureuse : 267 questions \u00e9crites adress\u00e9es au gouvernement, dont seulement deux ont re\u00e7u une r\u00e9ponse. Des visites de terrain et un soutien aux victimes de la r\u00e9pression ont compl\u00e9t\u00e9 ce travail d\u2019ancrage local.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Face \u00e0 l\u2019ampleur de la t\u00e2che, Kafui Adjamagbo Johnson lance un message de pers\u00e9v\u00e9rance : \u00ab Ce qui importe, c\u2019est que chacune et chacun fasse sa part. Aucune action patriotique n\u2019est vaine lorsqu\u2019elle est guid\u00e9e par un objectif juste. C\u2019est avec conviction et constance que nous poursuivrons le combat. \u00bb Un engagement qu\u2019elle compte bien maintenir face \u00e0 un pouvoir qu\u2019elle ne reconna\u00eet pas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
