Une collaboration renforc\u00e9e pour mieux pr\u00e9parer les jeunes au march\u00e9 du travail. Ce lundi 12 janvier 2026, une d\u00e9l\u00e9gation de l\u2019Universit\u00e9 de Kara (UK), men\u00e9e par sa Pr\u00e9sidente le Professeur Pr\u00e9nam Houzou-Mouzou, a \u00e9t\u00e9 re\u00e7ue par la Chambre de Commerce et d\u2019Industrie du Togo (CCI-Togo).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Accueillie par le Commissaire en charge du Secteur Services, M. LIMAZIE P\u00e9y\u00e9binesso, cette rencontre avait un objectif clair : concr\u00e9tiser le pont entre la formation acad\u00e9mique et les besoins r\u00e9els des entreprises.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Des formations tourn\u00e9es vers l’avenir<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Au cours de la rencontre, la Pr\u00e9sidente de l’UK, a pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 les \u00e9volutions majeures de son institution, notamment la cr\u00e9ation et le renforcement d’instituts polytechniques et d’innovation. Ces structures, dot\u00e9es d’enseignants qualifi\u00e9s, sont con\u00e7ues pour offrir des cursus en phase avec les comp\u00e9tences recherch\u00e9es par les employeurs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Selon elle, le principal d\u00e9fi est de renforcer les liens avec le secteur priv\u00e9 afin de faciliter l’insertion professionnelle des \u00e9tudiants, d\u00e9velopper des partenariats durables et adapter en temps r\u00e9el nos formations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Entrepreneuriat et technologie : les piliers de la discussion<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Les \u00e9changes ont \u00e9galement mis en lumi\u00e8re deux leviers prioritaires pour l’\u00e9conomie togolaise : l’entrepreneuriat et la transformation technologique. Les deux parties les identifient comme des moteurs strat\u00e9giques pour stimuler l’innovation, cr\u00e9er des emplois et booster la comp\u00e9titivit\u00e9 nationale.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Plus qu’une simple visite, cette rencontre marque une \u00e9tape d\u00e9cisive dans le partenariat entre les deux institutions. Elle d\u00e9montre une volont\u00e9 commune d’agir pour une formation performante, une employabilit\u00e9 accrue des dipl\u00f4m\u00e9s et, in fine, pour le d\u00e9veloppement \u00e9conomique du Togo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
