Selon le nouveau rapport Business Ready 2025 (B-Ready) de la Banque mondiale, officiellement lanc\u00e9 le 29 d\u00e9cembre 2025 le pays se hisse parmi les cinq meilleures \u00e9conomies du continent en mati\u00e8re d&rsquo;environnement des affaires. Avec un score de 61,52 points, il d\u00e9croche une solide 4\u00e8me place \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9chelle africaine et garde sa place de 3\u00e8me meilleur r\u00e9formateur en Afrique Sub-saharienne, une performance qui valide la r\u00e9silience et la constance de ses r\u00e9formes, m\u00eame face \u00e0 un cadre d\u2019\u00e9valuation enti\u00e8rement repens\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Un nouveau barom\u00e8tre, une m\u00eame dynamique<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ce classement B-Ready, qui remplace officiellement l\u2019ancien indice Doing Business, ambitionne de mesurer plus fid\u00e8lement la r\u00e9alit\u00e9 du terrain. Pour Lom\u00e9, ce changement m\u00e9thodologique n\u2019a rien entam\u00e9 : il r\u00e9v\u00e8le au contraire la solidit\u00e9 des acquis structurels et trace une feuille de route claire pour les d\u00e9fis \u00e0 venir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Les forces du mod\u00e8le togolais<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">L\u2019enqu\u00eate, men\u00e9e aupr\u00e8s de milliers d\u2019entreprises et d\u2019experts dans 101 pays, \u00e9value dix domaines cl\u00e9s. Le Togo y brille particuli\u00e8rement sur l\u2019entr\u00e9e des entreprises sur le march\u00e9, affichant un score remarquable de 85,77 points. Un r\u00e9sultat direct des r\u00e9formes de simplification administrative et du guichet unique. Les co\u00fbts logistiques et certaines rigidit\u00e9s administratives restent des freins \u00e0 la comp\u00e9titivit\u00e9, d\u00e9sign\u00e9s comme axes d\u2019am\u00e9lioration urgents.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Une reconnaissance qui engage<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Derri\u00e8re le Rwanda, le Maroc et Maurice, le Togo int\u00e8gre ainsi le cercle tr\u00e8s ferm\u00e9 des r\u00e9f\u00e9rences africaines en mati\u00e8re de climat des affaires.
